Cancellation Policy-
We try to ship the order as soon as it is received. Any order can be cancelled within 1 Business day without any charges. If the order has been shipped then 2% cancellation charges and shipping fees is deducted. Since most orders are processed on the same day buyers are requested to contact Us immediately if they want to cancel the order.
Return Policy-
At STMM Our goal is 100% customer happiness and all products are prechecked to meet the highest quality standards and all efforts are taken so that the product images and description are identical of the actual product quality.
In a rare case if there is an issue with the product kindly let us know within 4 Business days after receiving the product. As per the issue We would schedule return pickup for the same. In some cases We may ask you to ship the product back if there is no pickup facility for your location. In such case courier charges would also be refunded. Please note that the product should be in new and unused condition. Kindly retain all original packing to send the product back.
In cases where the product is no longer required shipping charges would be deducted before refund. Please note that the product should be in new and unused condition. Products which have been used and without original packing cannot be returned.
Refund Policy-
Payment are refunded to original mode of payment and can take 2-7 Business days depending upon payment method. For ex- If the payment was made by credit card it would be refunded back to credit card only.
